Stop, Look and Listen

Don’t know what you want? Well, I bet you know what you don’t want. And therein lies your answer. In the current energy theme you’re probably experiencing, or have recently experienced, a situation that’s put you face to face with what you don’t want. This doesn’t mean you messed up or got it wrong, it just means you’re being nudged (or pushed) one step closer to clarity. As Keats said: “Nothing ever becomes real till experienced – even a proverb is no proverb until your life has illustrated it.”

This isn’t a time to judge or doubt yourself but rather a time to listen to what your current dislikes or challenges are trying to reveal to you. You may know how you want to feel but aren’t sure how to get there, and that’s just fine. Ask, listen, and trust. Spirit will take care of the details of who, what, when, where, how and why. You are responsible for creating the space for yourself to get quiet, connect, listen and receive. If something isn’t working, don’t just push on, but press pause, and ask yourself what insights you need to connect with for things to work better for you. This is a time of rapid elevation, so don’t let it pass you by, no matter how tired and busy you might be. Doing so is how you create unnecessary lessons and struggles for yourself. Pay attention to the signs. Stop, look and listen. Your feelings are your cues, they are there to guide you. Be careful not to judge, suppress or deny them, but rather lean into them with a curious eye and see how quickly they can turn from foe to friend.
