Children’s healing rituals and tips 
This page will be ever evolving, as my motherhood journey is. My passion is inner child and children's healing so I wanted to dedicate a page to sharing some simple rituals and insights as I experience them, in hopes they can support your child’s unique soul essence, feeding their inner light. 

Don't forget to do these for yourself at the same time you do them for your child\children. Being a parent it can be all too easy to take care of your child’s energy but neglect your own. The benefit of healthy rituals for your children is they also remind you to stay connected to your own. It’s a great way to connect as a family, and for everyone to tend to their energy together, fostering emotional strength.

Intuitive Parenting

​We live in an age of easily accessible information, and I think it's safe to say, information overload. 🤯My biggest tip would be do your research but practice intuitive parenting. There is big value in relating to other parents, in getting helpful tips and shared insights that can make your journey easier, in being prepared for significant milestones, just don't forget to find out who you are as a parent. Today, it seems like more parents than ever feel pressured to reach milestones early or asap, and can get too focused on “getting it right”, as opposed to intuitive parenting. Go with your gut, attune to and read your child’s energy. You know when something feels forced and unnatural, trust in your parental instincts. Don’t compare or judge your way of doing things, be uniquely you, that’s why your smart little soul chose you after all. 💖​

Start Your Day Right

A.M. Shielding
Shield your child's energy at the start of each day helping to prevent them from absorbing the emotions of others. This helps to keep them rooted in their own essence.

Shield your child in a bubble of white light or inside a crystal point. (I like to refer to these as vehicles of light) Visualize this as you speak it\do it.

For example: Dear God, please surround ___ in white light and inside a clear quartz crystal point vehicle of light for the day. Thank you for protecting their energy at all times today. 
*Engage your child when old enough and ask them to visualize their vehicle of light. This teaches them to connect and trust their intuition while practicing co-creating with Spirit.

P.M. Clearing
Clear your child of the emotions of others regularly as children are sensitive sponges that bind to the feelings of others. If nothing else, this is the most important ritual you can offer your child.

For example: Dear God, please clear ___ of any and all emotions they may have absorbed today that are not theirs. Thank you for clearing them of any and all lower-based, fear-based, negative energy. Thank you for wrapping ___ in an energy blanket of purple and green healing light, and thank you for healing them while they sleep. 
*If you are unsure of what color to use, or just want to use them all, ask for a rainbow reiki energy blanket of healing light.
*Engage your child when old enough and ask them what color(s) they want\need. This teaches them to connect and trust their intuition while practicing co-creating with Spirit.

Sound Healing

You can use this magical tool at any age. My daughter is a little elemental energy (no surprise there, I suppose!) Ever since she was a baby I would hold her as we would jingle a Tinkerbell wind chime we have, while saying: Let's call in the fairies! She loved it, and it's good fun, but more importantly it does act as a little activation for them, supporting their vibration. As your child grows their sound healing can grow with them. Juliet then loved playing with my shamanic rattle, drum, and continues to enjoy my sound healing bowl.
