Laflin – Abundance, Luck
Prayers for money have been heard and answered. Receive guilt-free as the universe brings new blessings. Opportunity knocks, and new possibilities and good luck are on their way.
What a nice card to finish off the year; it's always a good sign when our leprechaun friend shows up!
In the coming year of 2023 we are moving into a universal year of seven. This is a restorative energy of introspection with a focus on faith and initiative. It will be a welcome year of hope, renewal, and revelation. A word that has come up frequently in sessions the past month is 'identity.' If you've felt like you're struggling to reclaim your sense of self, or to reconnect with and know your true identity, get ready to find yourself again. Remember when you ascend into a new vibration of yourself the old one doesn't disappear, it just takes time to integrate them all. For example, if you've gone from maiden to mother, the maiden isn't dead and gone but rather like a book in your soul library she goes up on the shelf as the mother book is now being written. The maiden is still available at all times and her innocence and wisdom are ever present. However, there is still a grieving process you experience throughout these significant life shifts. You needn't flounder or feel lost; instead allow your past to support your present. You will find yourself tweaking things, be it your work, routine, diet, or perspective. Ensure that if something isn't quite fitting that you explore and give some thought to what needs to be tweaked until it feels good again. This month invites you to think about your long-term goals. If ever there were a time to set intentions, this is it! I see many people meeting goals by the end of next year, and lofty ones at that. Don't be surprised if you feel yourself revisiting and breathing new life into what you believed to be a long lost goal or dream. This month you will enjoy a reset and rebirth energy.
Quiet and quality are words that Spirit highlights as a theme for the year ahead. Enjoy quiet moments of quality connection while you envision and build your future. That being said, plant a few seeds as opposed to an entire garden. I'm shown you're better off manifesting with a focus, one step at a time, versus all areas at once. For example, if romantic love is your primary goal, plant that as your first seed, followed by another one or two. Keep your spiritual garden growing within your means so you can enjoy tending to it versus rushing around unable to identify or pluck weeds fast enough. Quality over quantity. Intentional over lucky.
This month you break out of the chrysalis and emerge with your wings. Look at this definition of what happens when you try to help a butterfly out of the chrysalis before its time:
In most instances, helping the butterfly out of the chrysalis will prevent it from ever flying. The butterfly needs the struggle to strengthen its wings. It will survive with flowers placed in front of it to walk to.
This powerful image and process that speaks to life's balance of shadow and sun can help you to understand and accept this past year's challenges while shifting focus away from suffering and towards joy. Don't underestimate the grief you've been processing. With so much loss and letting go, such major life cycles coming to an end, it's been heavy on the heart. Long-held grief (inner child/childhood grief) has surfaced heavily the end of this year. But you have to clear the decks before you can set sail. Trust that you can complete your grieving process and emerge with an unshakable faith and renewed sense of strength and self-love. Remember that the opposite of grief is celebration, for every ending is but a new beginning, as every challenge is an opportunity for growth and healing. This is a year for spiritual awakening, spiritual epiphanies, and connecting with and developing your spiritual gifts. Find or renew your sense of purpose, and fearlessly express your authentic self. Let faith be your flow.
So, what are your flowers that lay ahead for you to walk to? The last three years have been hard but faith is forged in the fire. Keep the dream alive and the heart open. I send everyone reading this blessings for a wonderful winter solstice! May you and yours receive your highest possibilities and greatest outcomes, whatever they may be.
On the first of every month, I pull a card from my Faye Oracle Cards, which feature characters from my book, A Tale of Faye. I share what the card and character represent, as well as any additional insights my guides bring through so that you can be aware of the energy and make the most of the month. I also share any energy themes as I feel guided.
