- Intuitive healing sessions are all via phone. I will call you at the scheduled time. International calls will be made by FaceTime audio.
- Distance energy tune-ups and Children's healing sessions are remote healings that do not require you to be present or on the phone at the time booked. I work directly via your energy body. Upon completion I will email you the recorded file via WeTransfer to listen to at your convenience.
- Children's healing sessions must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
- Distance energy tune-ups must be booked by the recipient, or with their written permission.

What to expect
The intention in a session is always to address and shift whatever serves your highest good at the time. This allows for more spiritual surrender so you can receive whatever you need to help you progress in this lifetime. A remote healing session with me seeks to find and address the root cause of obstacles, symptoms, questions, and discomfort. These are most commonly found in held and unprocessed emotions, belief systems, and inherited family patterns. I connect with your energy body via your name, I link with your spirit guides and we soul journey together as I receive channeled guidance while performing guided energy healing.

Intuitive healing honours the relationship between mind, body, and soul. Every physical, mental and emotional challenge has a spiritual basis. Intuitive healing allows your natural healing ability to work its magic with the help of a facilitator who gives words, visualization, insight, and resources to support it. It addresses belief systems, held emotions, and patterns rooted in fear that are causing disharmony and imbalance. Energy healing resources are then used to transform them at the core level. As a natural side effect of shifting these held beliefs, emotions and patterns, your energy will progress into the greatest possibility for itself.

Inner child healing is about reconnecting with your authentic self and your safety. Your inner child has soul aspects that fragment during trauma, fear, or uncertainty in childhood, in order to protect you. Bringing these hidden pieces back is deep and beautiful, an experience of healing that sees your struggles transform into strengths. Negotiating with these fragmented soul pieces to reintegrate them awakens and strengthens the inner child in you, allowing for deeper self-love and connection. It's about letting the unseen be seen. It's about no longer hiding or holding the things that keep you stuck but giving them permission to move, be felt and processed. A wounded inner child can hold limiting core beliefs such as: I'm not good enough, I'm not worthy, I'm not lovable, and more. These beliefs affect every decision in your life and can manifest in symptoms including self-sabotage, codependency, limitations, stagnation, and more.

Ancestral healing is healing the unresolved emotional issues and belief systems inherited from your ancestors. Recognizing where your unconscious loyalty to your ancestors is influencing you can have deep healing benefits for all generations: past, present, and future. Your ancestors all have a story and you inherit their stories as an opportunity to heal them. When you are willing to bring family patterns to awareness you can then heal and transform them. And while honouring your ancestors, you give yourself permission to move forward and write your own story with greater personal power, freedom and ancestral support. Ancestral patterns and belief systems can manifest in your life in many different forms, including: anxiety, lack, anger, shame, pain, addiction, fear, phobias, illness, depression, and more.

Distance healing is an ancient healing modality becoming more acknowledged in Western medicine. With remote healing, I link into the vibrational energy signature of the client via their name. I use my sixth sense, in connection with higher spiritual guidance, to see, hear, feel and know, operating within the energetic field, shifting blocks and facilitating healing energy from the divine.

To transcend is to go beyond, to not be limited by the physical world. Healing energies come forward from God via spirit guides. Trance healing is a form of mediumship. A medium is the "middleman" between a person and the spirit world. In trance healing the medium is a channel for the healing energy that comes from spirit guides and the Healing Intelligence. The medium goes into a deep meditation to achieve a state of trance and link to the person's spirit guides. The energy field of the medium and spirit guides will blend to become one. The healing energy is then transferred through the aura of the medium to the client.
