HYPNOSIS SERVICES

PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE IN OFFICE HYPNOSIS SESSIONS - $175 PER SESSION

Each session ranges from approximately 60-90 minutes in length. The results from hypnosis depend highly on the clients participation and willingness to create positive sustainable change. 

​PERSONALIZED SLEEP HYPNOSIS AFFIRMATION RECORDINGS - $75

Available for adults and children ages 5 and up. A personalized sleep hypnosis recording of affirmations tailored to your issue or area of concern. I connect with your energy, channel and research the greatest affirmations for you, record them, and email the file to you. On average, they will be about 5 minutes in length once recorded. The bulk of the service goes into the time spent connecting with your energy and creating the right affirmations, (it takes many to create a five minute recording) and then perfecting the actual recording itself.
*For children; play the recording, on repeat, for 15-20 minutes nightly, immediately upon falling asleep. 
​*This is the ideal service for children who may be too young to sit for hypnosis. 
​*For adults; preferably using headphones, fall asleep listening to the  recording, or listen to it, on repeat, for 15-20 minutes before going to sleep. 

SELF-HYPNOSIS GROUP STUDY - $65 PER PERSON (MIN 5 PEOPLE)

Self-hypnosis is essentially advanced meditation. It's very beneficial to anyone. It can help you with heightened focus and concentration, learn to relax your mind, regain your energy after a long day, improve your sleeping habits, your work and study, reduce physical pain, and so much more. In this group workshop you can gain a deeper understanding of self-hypnosis and practice it in a sacred space where you are supported.
