This course is structured to be taken over a 12-week period, focusing on an introduction week, followed by one Elemental/lesson per week. This allows you time to be present to the unique energy shifts within each Elemental while naturally creating a self-care ritual. However, you can take the course in your own time; the only guideline is that the video lesson be watched at the start of the week so you can use the rest of the week to practice the resource daily, or, depending on the resource, a few times that week. 

Each lesson consists of a video that ranges from 7-20 minutes in length. The daily practice would range from 5-20 minutes depending on the lesson.

A basic understanding of energy and energy healing is necessary to take this course.

In this intensive weekend workshop, Allyson will provide you with resources that are positively life transforming. Learn  energy healing resources that you can grow with. Expand your emotional awareness and learn how to find, process, and transform emotions in a safe, simple, and effective way. Learn how to embrace the shadow side without getting stuck there. Allyson believes in a grounded spirituality, and she brings an enchanting combination of both the powerful and the playful, as she delivers simple yet effective tools that you can feel confident working with. You will gain easy-to-use resources that support the development of your intuition, trust, and personal power. This workshop is created for the benefit of self-connection and spiritual growth. A basic understanding of energy and energy healing is necessary coming into the workshop.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund is available up until three weeks prior to an event. A 50% refund is available up until two weeks prior to an event. No refunds are available within seven days of an event. In certain cases, fees can be reapplied to another event.
