The focus in my healing session is to  allow your mind, and mine too, to be fully set aside as your spirit team takes centre stage. Essentially, you get out of your own way and trust your spirit guides to work their magic with no human or earthly interference. This work is done on a higher plane of consciousness, so your physical self is not required to be still or present. Your spirit guides always know and bring forth what is most needed for you. While in this higher vibration you allow your spirit guides to control the flow of healing energy, directing it wherever it is needed. As this is happening it is shared by me using voice and visualizations. As you listen to your session, you will feel the loving and divine energy flowing to you and through you. A session will include energetic clearing, chakra balancing and sending healing energy wherever needed. While the energy is being cleared, balanced and restored your spirit guides will share insights to help you understand the origin or meaning of the imbalance(s).
Please note:
✨ All sessions are done remotely. We do not connect on the phone and you are not required to be available or still for your session. 
✨ Your session will be performed within 3 days (72 hours) from the date and time booked
✨ You will be prompted when booking to note any symptoms, areas of concern, and intentions. I will bring these notes into your session.
✨ You will receive an audio file of your session that will be sent via WeTransfer once it is completed. Be sure to check your junk
/spam folder, if the file has not arrived in your inbox in the appointed time. Please download your file immediately upon receipt as it will expire within three days. I do not save files once they have been sent.
✨ I recommend sitting or lying comfortably, uninterrupted, while listening to your recording and enjoying it for the self-care time it is
✨ All shifts are made, and all energy received, in the present moment, directly as the session takes place, and as you first listen to your session. It is not necessary to re-listen to your recording. If you choose to do so,  I recommend you leave a minimum of a few weeks in between re-listening to your recording in order to allow energy time to integrate and settle.

30-Minute Remote Healing Session for Children – $72 (Ages 3-12)
Children absorb the emotions of others, and they stick to their feelings, taking all emotions on as if they are their own. It is most valuable to support children's energy in processing out emotions that aren't theirs in order to prevent negative core beliefs and inaccurate perceptions from forming. This can make their journey so much easier, allowing them to stay connected to their inner light and their truth. Sessions are gentle but powerful in energy. I will always honour what the child's energy can handle and stop when they feel complete.
