There has been an increase in mediumship lately, more loved ones showing up in Spirit and making their presence known. I attribute this to the energy and focus of love Spirit mentioned in the monthly message. Notice if you find yourself repeatedly thinking of a loved one, recalling a fond memory, or some words of wisdom they shared with you. How can you pass these words of wisdom along? How can you honor these memories and Spirit? Enjoy your ability to feel their presence more closely as you do so. Ask your loved one for a sign and have fun receiving it. Remember they are very much still with you and supporting you. 

Elliott and I were both avid bookworms as children, wrote our own books as adults,  and knew we would encourage a love of reading and books for Juliet. My Auntie Carolyn was a teacher and gifted me a book early on with the inscription: Books will be your special friends forever. So naturally, I think of her when I take Juliet to the library. We send her love knowing she'd be happy to see Juliet excited about books too. Juliet is loving building puzzles at the moment and that makes me think of my Grandpa Roger who always had a puzzle on the go.

Your Spirit team encourages you to embody the things you loved most about the people who have passed. If someone made you laugh and had a great sense of humor, make it your goal to have a good laugh within the next week. If someone was very organized make it your goal to get your house in order and tidy up anything in need. Draw from the wisdom and strength of your ancestors as you wrap up this month, and what has been a significant season of grief. This will aid in moving any emotions of grief into their healed counterpart of celebration, which is ready to take root this Spring.

The current energy theme is coming through so strong and for so many people the last couple of weeks that it's worth sharing, Right now you are being asked to practice detachment and to let go of resistance and control. The more you try to strategize your experiences and control the outcomes, the more expectation you create, and with that, the unnecessary disappointment. The more you work to accept your experiences and continually surrender, the more personal freedom and peace you create. Patterns of perfectionism are also being magnified right now in connection to this. 

Here is a message from Spirit:

It is easy to be consumed by all the things that are seemingly going wrong but when you feel things are going against the tide, they are often doing so to turn the tide more greatly in your soul's favour. Trust in the process and trust in your Spirit team to take you to the places your soul needs to go in order to grow. As we shared in the February reading; everything has a purpose. We understand that purpose can appear to be meaningless, arbitrary, senseless or unfair. It is through intention and your participation that healing occurs. You are not sitting on the sidelines watching your life play out as a mere observer or game piece but rather with your thoughts are a constant co-creator. Please remember this truth and your inherent free will power, and use it to fuel your self-healing. This is an opportune time to liberate yourself from the past and inspire clarity and healing. Remember when you feel stuck in your shadows or the fear of the unknown your power lies in the constant choice that exists in every moment; love or fear. Be with your current experience, committed to discovering its purpose in due time. Before you react, take a breath, and approach everything with love. Choose love and you choose freedom. Choose love and you create healing. You are not alone, your Spirit team is always with you. We love you, and we honor you.
